Hi there, and welcome to the Profit Den. I’m Amanda Heckman, the publisher of Manward Press, and I just wanted to provide a quick rundown of how to log in to the Profit Den and how to use the platform.

First, go to the Profit Den link in your email or just type this into your browser: profit den live dot com.
To log in, use the same login information you use to access the Manward Press website.

Next, check out the terms and conditions of the platform.

Check the box once you agree.

Next, you’ll type in the name you’ll use in the chat room. This will be what other members see when you chat. Hit enter, and you’re in.

This is where our Profit Den sessions will take place.

Here is where you’ll see the hosts once they’re presenting live.

The chat will take place here to the right. If you want to chat with other members or ask the host a question, type it in here.

Also, be sure to check the top of the chat for any pinned posts from our moderators or for important updates and other information.

Over here, you’ll see the mods tab, which is short for moderators.

These are members of our staff who are here to help. If you’re having technical issues or other concerns, the mods tab is the fastest way to get answers.

Having a separate tab allows us to ensure that the main chat thread stays focused on the topic at hand.

Something you might ask a moderator about is audio. Say you can’t hear anything once the host joins. By the way, if that happens, first try right clicking on the tab in your Internet browser to make sure it isn’t muted.

During a livestream session, there will also be an option to mute and unmute the video down here.

If those don’t fix the issue, try refreshing the page. If you’re still not hearing audio, go into the mods tab and ask for further assistance.

And the headquarters section houses some information you might find useful.

That covers the main components of the livestream page. Now I want to show you more options you have by clicking the menu button here.

Livestream is where we are right now, but click on headquarters… and you’ll have the option to add time stamps to the chat thread, change your username for the chat, and the color of your display name.

And the headquarters section will house other important information about the Profit Den, including answers to commonly asked questions.
