Making American Energy Great Again: The Small Cap Set to Soar in the Next Phase of the AI Revolution

In the blink of an eye, AI has transformed the economy and countless industries.

It’s powering the markets higher… with companies involved in its future driving benchmarks skyward.

The companies that make AI possible – think semiconductors, for one – have seen their market values soar.

Behind these advances, there have been massive investments in data center infrastructure and power generation to support the AI revolution.

As the AI revolution expands, power demand for data centers will rise, growing 160% by 2030, according to Goldman Sachs Research.

And it’s not as though advanced economies around the world are sitting on an abundance of unused capacity they can bring online to meet that demand.

That means one thing: The world needs more power generation capacity!

And to meet that demand, nuclear energy has quickly moved to the forefront of the power generation conversation.

Just in the last few months of 2024…

Microsoft (MSFT) announced a 20-year deal to restart a nuclear reactor at Pennsylvania’s Three Mile Island. The deal is a power purchase agreement between Microsoft and the clean energy company Constellation Energy (CEG) to bring an 835-megawatt nuclear reactor back online.

Google said it was signing a contract to purchase nuclear energy from multiple small modular reactors that Kairos Power will develop, construct, and operate.

And Amazon (AMZN) said it plans to feed its growing need for power by investing in small nuclear reactors.

That’s a lot of power… and it signals a clear trend: Big Tech is betting big on nuclear.

But while tech giants are the ones making headlines with their nuclear deals, the companies that will actually build these next-generation reactors are where the most exciting opportunity lies.

And that brings me to the opportunity I’ve found…

First-Mover Advantage

Founded in 2007, NuScale Power (SMR) is the global leader in small modular reactors (SMRs), an innovative nuclear power technology. These reactors offer smaller, more adaptable solutions that make them easier to implement and scale.

The company’s innovative VOYGR SMR plants are powered by the company’s NuScale Power Module, a compact and safe pressurized water reactor capable of producing 77 megawatts electric (MWe) or 250 megawatts of thermal energy.

The modular design allows for flexible configurations. That means scalability can meet specific customer needs. And combining up to 12 modules would create a potential output of up to 924 MWe. That could power about 693,000 homes or a medium-sized city!

The NuScale Power Module is the first SMR design to receive design approval from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. That approval gives NuScale a huge first-mover advantage over competitors.

The company is set to launch its initial projects by the end of the decade. It’s important to understand, though, that the company, as an investment, is speculative.

Its true value won’t be unlocked until later this decade – but that’s why you should get in now, ahead of its future potential.

Institutions and insiders already account for 46.68% and 11.26% of shares, respectively.

The company has generated $13.86 million in revenue over the trailing 12 months. That’s small, but it’s to be expected. Revenue will only grow from here as the company builds out its network of SMRs.

In the meantime, the company has $130.93 million in cash and only $2.19 million in debt.

Action to Take: Buy NuScale Power (NYSE: SMR) at market and use a 25% trailing stop.

The nuclear revolution is here – and NuScale is leading the charge in the most innovative segment of the market. The company’s SMRs promise to be brought online quickly while offering unmatched flexibility.

Think about it… Tech giants like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon are scrambling to secure nuclear power for their future needs. But they can’t buy what doesn’t exist yet.

That’s where NuScale comes in.

As the only company with Nuclear Regulatory Commission-approved SMR technology, it’s years ahead of the competition.

Yes, we’ll need some patience. The big payoff won’t come until these reactors start powering up later this decade.

But that’s exactly why this opportunity exists. While Wall Street is caught up in short-term thinking, we can get in early on what could be the future of nuclear energy.

With major institutions already holding nearly half the shares and a clean balance sheet to fund near-term operations, NuScale has the foundation to execute on its vision.

As the global hunger for clean, reliable power intensifies – especially from power-hungry AI data centers – NuScale is perfectly positioned to deliver solutions… and likely significant returns for early investors like us.
